Just days after McLaren's Lewis Hamilton brought Bangalore to a standstill, Red Bull have announced they too will take to the streets in India for a demonstration run ahead of the country's inaugural Grand Prix next month. Never content to be low key, Red Bull's event will take place on Delhi's famous Rajpath on Saturday.
The team's protege - and current HRT driver - Daniel Ricciardo will be behind the wheel on the one-kilometre stretch. Regarded as one of India's most important roads, the Rajpath is a ceremonial boulevard running from Rashtrapati Bhavan through the India Gate to the National Stadium and is annually hosts the country's Republic Day parade.
