WorldSBK.com wishes to remind all media professionals that the FIM Superbike World Championship title sponsor - Eni - is organizing the first edition of the Eni Energy for Success 2012 Press Award, which is open to motorcycle journalists - professionals, publicists and freelance - and photographers, in the printed press or online publications, of all nationalities.
This new season sees Eni increase its commitment to the world of motorcycle racing, with an award aimed at sports journalists for the purpose of improving the journalistic and photographic attention given to the Moto2 and Moto3 categories of the MotoGP World Championship, and all categories of the Eni FIM Superbike World Championship.
The Award is broken down into three categories:
1. Best Article, published in Italian or international print and/or online newspapers and/or magazines;
2. Best Article, published in Italian or international print and/or online newspapers and/or magazines, submitted by a young candidate who must be under 36 years of age at the deadline of the competition (this winner must be different from the winner of the first category);
3. Best Photograph, published in Italian or international print and/or online newspapers and/or magazines;
Candidates' submissions for the Eni Energy for Success 2012 Press Award should focus on the teams' and pilots' growth in terms of sportsmanship, competitiveness and ability in the aforementioned motorcycle racing categories. Submissions will only be accepted for articles written about competitions held at the European circuits.
