FLY Racing Press Release

Boise, ID - December 29, 2010 - FLY Racing is pleased to announce a new partnership with ATV and Snowmobile freestyle crossover athletes Colten and Caleb Moore. The two brothers from Krum, Texas have been around ATVs for most of their lives and both have raced for seven years and have mastered ATV freestyle for the last five, becoming ATV freestyle riding's most dominant team. The Moore brothers currently ride for Rockstar Energy, Polaris Industries, Bomb Squad, FMF, and Bikeman Performance.
Caleb, the older brother, was performing at what's considered the largest snowmobile event in the U.S., Haydays Grass Drags in Minnesota when Bomb Squad Team Manager, BC Vaught saw Caleb riding freestyle and was blown away by his performance. "When I saw Caleb ride for the first time, I knew I had to have him ride for The Bomb Squad. I saw incredible natural talent with perfect execution of tricks. His Tsunami, to this day, is still my favorite ATV freestyle trick. The best part about Caleb though, is his heart. He was raised in a good family and has good values. He's just a good 'ole Texan kid with talent where the sky's the limit!"
Colten, the younger brother has always been fueled by the sibling rivalry the two have. He raced ATVs at a young age, and after a few injuries, decided to switch over to freestyle. He worked very hard, took his time and persevered to become one of the most talented freestyle quad athletes in the industry. Colten performs with his brother during most of the worldwide tours and competitions they participate in.
Both Colten and Caleb have had their eyes set on bringing home an X-Games medal for as long as they can remember. During their quest, Caleb became the first person recorded to perform a back flip on an ATV at 72 feet! Colten, along with his brother, are the only two athletes to perform back flip variations on a quad. Since there is no ATV competition at the X-Games, they decided to do whatever it would take to compete. With Bomb Squad's current partnership with Polaris, BC Vaught took the idea of the Moore Brothers switching over to snowmobiles to test their fate with X Games. Polaris, knowing the talent level of the brothers, sent two 600 IQ Racers to Texas. They received the sleds on December 6th, 2009, and with the help of friend Sam Rogers, they outfitted the units and immediately started jumping into foam. One month later, they were given word that they had both qualified for X Games.
After only a month and a half of practice, Caleb came out with a strong performance and brought home his first ever X-Games medal, a Bronze in the snowmobile freestyle final. Colten, was close behind him and is working hard to keep the sibling rivalry alive for Winter X-Games 15. So look for the newest addition to FLY Racing Family at the Winter X-Games this January and any of the Crusty Demons of Dirt, Nuclear Cowboyz tours and many, many other freestyle shows going on all over the world, including Australia, Brazil, Europe, and the U.S. Congratulations Colten and Caleb for being a part of FLY Racing!
